Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw this contract within 30 days of placing the order, latest within 14 of receiving the order, without giving any reason. Once an order has been placed with us, the order can only be withdrawn if the package is returned to us. Once an order is placed, the package is already in the hands of the shipping company and we must first get it back from you as a customer in order to refund your purchase.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within thirty days of the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

Return, Exchange, and Store Credit


Under their right of withdrawal as outlined in paragraph 3 of our terms and conditions, customers are presented with several options for handling their returns:

Immediate Store Credit: Customers have the choice to receive instant store credit for the full value of the returned item(s), along with an additional 20GBP to offset shipping costs. This store credit can be utilized for future purchases on our website.

Free Exchange: Customers have the option to exchange their item(s) for a new one of equal value, subject to availability, at no extra charge. Shipping fees for the exchange will be calculated based on the quantity and type of items being exchanged and will be borne by the customer.

Refund upon Confirmation: Customers may request a refund, which will be processed once the returned item(s) have been confirmed delivered to our return address. It is important to note that delivery expenses are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
